Greg Dartez - Director - Customer Engineering - Worldwide
Mr Dartez has over 16 years hands on and leadership experience working with emerging technologies. Mr. Dartez has lead several key industry projects focused on VoIP technologies. Mr Dartez's past includes military telecom experience where he led a teams on mission critical projects in Korea in which he was awarded medals for leadership and project success.
His more recent corporate experience as a Cisco Manager included leading numerous VoIP projects at AT&T, Texas Instruments, Liz Claibourne and EDS among many. Mr. Dartez has also led in the design, implementation and support of goverment networks for the City of Dallas, Texas and the Ministry of Social Policy, New Zealand.
Michael Medici - VP Operations - Americas
Michael Medici has over 22 years in the telecommunications industry specializing in data, video and voice integration and deployment. Previous to Worldwide Enterprise Group, Michael was the founding Director of Technical Support/Customer Service for Quantum Technologies where he built the Technical Support Organization implementing innovative Method and Procedures while building a world class professional staff.
Mr. Medici has created several innovative technics in support of emerging technologies initiatives with a focus on documenting and training guidelines. His expertise has been recognized in both Americas and European theaters of operation. He has held senior engineering management level positions at Madge Networks, Teleos Communications, ViewTech, AIG International, Beneficial Management and RH Macy’s Data and Credit Division and has consulted on major network designs for such customer’s as Microsoft, Ford, GE Capital, MCI & EDS.
Jackie Dunn - Director of Operations
For the past 10 years, Jackie Dunn has dedicated herself to managing the logistics of all front office and back office operations in support of delivering world class software solutions. Jackie's span of experience includes driving the operational aspects of several startups and established fortune 1000 companies from both front and back end support needed to insure product and service rollout of applications as well as the integration of several software platforms for various projects.
Jackie has led the operations of mission critical financial as well as builidng M&P's for office and lab operations for private sector high profile companies including Additionally Jackie has lead the budgeting process for many project initiatives. Jackie's enthusiasm and creativity has lead to a proven and successful track record in solving critical business issues arising from new and emerging technologies.
Nick Grieco - President & CEO
Nick Grieco has dedicated his 25 year career developing and delivering next generation technologies and business innovations. His technical and business achievements represent a consistent and successful track record in diverse technology and business related sectors . Starting in 1985, Mr. Grieco founded Concurrent Processing Inc., a self funded consulting and test lab specializing in the areas of integration and convergence of voice/data technologies. He successfully brought the company to high and sustained profitability within 3 years and was acquired by private investors. He continued with the company for 1 year to oversee the merger to its successful transition.
After his first successful acquisition he continued as an independent consultant until 1992, where recognizing a new critical market need for bridging emerging Internet voice technologies with legacy data networks he founded Worldwide Data Systems, "WDS". The self funded venture grew rapidly with double digit year over year growth and sustained 5 year average margins of 67%. This was mirrored with the innovation and technical success of WDS's Patented WDS-2000 VoX Application, a first in the industry. Worldwide Data Systems was subsequently acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999 where WDS's business applications and Patented VoIP innovations were integrated.
During his tenure at Cisco, Mr. Grieco was VP & Managing Director of “The Global Center Of Expertise”, one of the premier technical organizations in the company. He grew his organization into an expert global team of over 300+ professionals covering 23 countries in 5 continents dedicated to supporting Cisco's newest emerging technology solutions. During his tenure, Mr. Grieco exceeded business objectives in operational, fiscal and R&D initiatives. Mr. Grieco also contributed to the Cisco Mergers and Acquisitions team during his tenure as a technical resource.
Worldwide Enterprise Group under the leadership of Mr. Grieco continues to provide vision, leadership and expertise in identifying business opportunities driven by technological innovation. In addition, Mr. Grieco also operates a successful real estate division investing in domestic and international properties.
Mr. Grieco also served as past member and Chairman of the NJVoIP VC Angel Investment Group, member Jersey Angel Network Group and member New Jersey Technology Council. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Di Cerignola, Country View Properties LLC and Solutions Methodologies Inc. He is an active SCORE Business Mentor and local chapter Executive Council member. Also a volunteer with Saint Vincent DePaul Society offering tangible assistance to those in need on a person-to-person basis. He is also a member with his local Knights of Columbus hall.
